And some ongoing.
Making lists and checking them twice seems like a daily task for me as an independent business owner. Not just a holiday inventory of who is bad or good. As I review my list of tasks, abilities, knowledge and offerings at the end of 2024, I look forward to how and what I can offer that will satisfy me and be a contribution to my community in the coming year.
I’m interested in providing more affordable options while also maintaining my one-on-one practice in a way the fully supports me. You’ll see below that my offerings span a range from free to over $100. The lower entry points are an opportunity for folks to experience my work and see if they want to engage with me deeper.
I am also looking to fill in the gaps of understanding and comprehension that will make what I do more accessible to people. The light-touch, body-based work that I do requires a shift in perspective that I think most people don’t have experience with. I see it in my practice all the time: the difference between the gains for someone who has an understanding of what their part in this work is versus folks used to a paradigm of “fix me”. And what is on me in this new paradigm is being better able to educate, inform and create a sense of safe enough for folks new to this to experiment here with me.
I enjoy working with people in all these facets and I hope you will enter where it feels most comfortable and inviting to you.

In the works
Body movement explorations. I’m looking at offering once-a-month in-person explorations of awareness and intention that blend contact improvisation, light-touch therapeutic techniques, and meditative presence practices.
An online course on getting the most out of somatic bodywork sessions. I want to create the opportunity for people to be as prepared as possible to benefit from the very specialized work that I offer. Release date is March.
Nature retreats. Day or overnight retreats at the land I share with my partner in rural Ross County. These will include bodywork, meals, and contemplative nature time. Tentative start date is March.
